As the COO at TSMA Consulting, Inc., I helped grow the company from a small team to an industry leader, scaling our operations and culture while increasing revenue tenfold. In my previous role as the Executive Vice President of SAG-AFTRA, I was honored to serve as the second-highest-ranking officer of the 160,000+ member union. Supporting President Fran Drescher, I led initiatives that shaped the future of the entertainment industry. From securing a historic contract worth over $1 billion to running National Board meetings, my leadership centered on protecting the rights and advancing the careers of performers, broadcasters, and media professionals across the country.
With over 5,000 hours of coaching experience, I empower leaders, creatives, and organizations to achieve sustainable growth by aligning their personal and professional goals. My approach combines strategic thinking, deep listening, and a commitment to social justice. I'm dedicated to fostering healthy masculinity, advocating for underrepresented groups, and using my platform to create lasting social impact.
In my career, I’ve worn many hats: executive, coach, actor, and technologist. I've led initiatives that champion diversity, reduce unconscious bias in hiring, and mentor emerging leaders to take on greater responsibilities. I also believe in the power of storytelling, whether it's in front of a camera or in a boardroom, to connect with people and inspire change.
